Should legendary outfits have prestige versions?

It feels like they should considering legendary outfits are dbds way of adding new characters without oversaturating the roster. That being said, since they're entirely different characters do you think they should have their own prestige? For example if you have cheryl at prestige 3 you would also unlock Cybil's prestige.

And since it's a set you could have a different versions of the entire outfit for each level of prestige, i.e. just Cybil's bloody shirt in one version if you're only prestige 1.

Legendary outfits should be changing visuals/sounds/icons of a character. They are a wasted opportunity.

I agree because the skins themselves are 3x the cost of a normal character but for example Cheryl's outfits are licensed and it may be out of the developers ability to do that without konamis permission

I'd actually really like this, surprised they didn't do one for Lisa seeing as her "death" caused her face to start bleeding.
