Removed threads?
I heard people talking about removed threads can someone care to explain what removed threads are?

Removed threads I think are threads that people for jailed like me or banned because something the op said violated something in their agreements.

He's in the gulag now he can't see this.

Can they not view the forums if they're banned? I thought they just couldn't post anymore.
The OP's question seemed disingenuous given that today he remade a previous thread of his that got deleted. And I'm not sure what about the phrase "removed threads" is confusing, unless he didn't know that discussions in forums are called "threads."

One of the ones you made after this one.

I wouldn't know I've never been banned lol. But I guess they could just look up their own thread on a private browser in the case that they can't.
Looking back on their post history though they asked what a mid chapter is. So it's possible that they really don't know.

What's it even mean to be jailed?

Also, are bans perma bans or temporary?

Second offense is the jail bars which I believe do get removed after the week.

But what does "escalation" mean?
Does it mean that while I'm jailed and I do another offense, then it progresses to a thread ban, and if I do another offense while thread banned, it goes to forum banned?
Or does it mean I can do 3 offenses in 2017 and then way later, in 2021 or something, do 1 more offense and suddenly be perma-banned?

this place is moderated by humans who care, so it's definitely not gonna be the last thing.
if you just take your punishment maturely and chill out for a while, i'd bet you'll be okay.

You can still look at the forum when your banned. Being banned just means you loss access to your account.
Being Jailed means you can’t start topics or reply to posts (consistently), you gotta wait like 5 mins in between replies.
The amt of time in jail varies. I’ve had some last longer then a week. Returning to the forum is as easy as taking the 2 mins to create a throw away email.

Jailed is not being able to post anymore

I thought jailed was not being able to start threads while jailed. I've seen plenty of jailed people post.
In order to not be able to view the forums, the ban would have to be an IP ban, not just an account ban, because a person doesn't have to be logged in to read the forums.
