The Nightmare Suggestions/Tips?
As for add-on's I'm using anything to increase movement speed when pulling in a survivor to the dream relm or the blocks that decrease transition to the dream relm.
For any of the experts or generally any good Freddy players any particular perks/add-on's I should look out for?

The addons that grant him extra range of his power are really good. Also, the dream time reduced transition is nice. You can pair both of these. Other good addons like the Class Photo, Pill Bottle, and Paint thinner are rare.

depends on your playstyle , there is endgame using remember me , fire it up , noed , and bbq . there is the aura reader using bbq , rancor , noed , and sloppy butcher . as far as addons go there are 2 that are best imo . Nancys class photo and the phial (cant remember the name) , photo extend the dream transition by 2 secs but allows you to see auras of all survivors and the other is a max speed boost . Method is to play tag , you hit one with dream and then run to another hit them and so on . each new dream transition activates the addons . couple that with something like the aura read and you will almost always know where they are .

Avoid movement speed if you can. It's not that good.
Try to get the ones that increases range (makes it easier to tag survivors), the ones that give less skill checks (keeps survivors in your dreamworld longer) and the ones that make the dream transition shorter (faster to hit the survivors).
For perks, it looks like you got some for an end game build. I would advise dropping Iron Grasp for something like Sloppy Butcher or NOED. Sloppy is good for Freddy because after hitting a survivor it'll take longer to heal when running that perk. It's really good for stalling and for helping against Freddies weaknesses. NOED is just good in general with him, though keep in mind most good players will expect you to have it since you're Freddy and all.
Personally, the perks I usually like with him are:
- Make Your Choice
- HEX:Ruin
- Bitter Murmur
- Brutal Strength
- Spirit Fury
- HEX:Haunting Ground
- HEX:Thrill of the Hunt
- Enduring
- HEX:No One Escapes Death
- Barbecue&Chile
- Knock Out
- Whispers
- Nurses Calling
- Remember Me
- Rancor
- Dying Light
- Bamboozle
- Overcharge (I know, but it's somewhat useful at maintaining a 3 generator strategy with him. Doesn't always work though. You really have to play smart with this perk)
As for add-ons:
- The Blocks
- The Dresses
- The Drawings
- Pill Bottle
- Class photo

I like the way you did this

Stacked blocks is the most reliable add-on combo. I wouldn't use them too often until you to higher ranks where you need them. Class Photo is really powerful if you know what you are doing and focus on sleeping multiple survivors at once. Paint Brush is powerful too because you have a tiny heartbeat but you move slower. For you I would suggest stacked dresses to prevent people from getting skill checks. Stacked pictures is good for corn maps because the range is beyond your lullaby.
For perks you should get Nurse's Calling and BBQ. STBFL is also really solid on him.
