Devs need to step up their game, and quick

I love the game that dbd has the potential to be but the devs are holding it back with consistently ignoring community feedback, breaking core mechanics of the game every other patch, leaving in unbalanced perks/ items/ addons/ offerings for WAY too long. I've got almost 1.3k hours in the game, had all achievements unlocked until all-kill came out, and I'm having way more fun playing Home Sweet Home Survive right now than I've had for the last 400 hrs of dbd. Never thought I'd hop on the HSH train but I have no regrets other than not getting it sooner.

I think you're the only one on that hsh train. The game looks trash. Not to discount your point dbd needs competition, but a terrible clone isn't going to do it.

    Cool, I guess?

I've been playing Resident Evil. Never beat any of them, but since we're getting a chapter for it, I decided I'd try to get through them. Also really want to play Village.

    HSHS is new.

I wonder how you'll feel about that game after 1.3k hours.

Actually BHVR doesn't have to do anything. Even when they aren't making big moves with licensed killers/survivors they do just fine because they're the only one of their kind with Dead by Daylight. This game is too well established and big to ever be dethroned unless another BIG company decides to try and compete with them with a comparable horror game.

HSH looks cool but it's baby right now. Who knows, maybe it will blow up and rival DBD but I'm honestly doubtful of that.

Resident Evil chapter coming up has everyone on the hype train. BHVR knows what they are doing and they also know they can do things at their painstaking leisure and do pretty much whatever they want.

It's painful at times but a lot of us look past it because at the end of the day this game is a gem for horror enthusiasts whether you like it or not. Resident Evil is just going to further cement that lol

HSH is literally bully simulator right now. Killer hitboxes on that game are absolutely abysmal, and not even including the fact that a 4 stack on that game running sturdy meaning 4 hits is an absolute nightmare with all the bonus things they get. Game is unbalanced, and honestly I'd rather be stuck playing freddy for 3 months straight than play that game again.
