Sabo Hook bug?

Had the strangest match I have ever had. The match was on Dead Dawg Saloon, played like normal at first. But there were notifications going on around the map, for sabo hooks. On my second hook I saw there were no hooks on the map, besides basement. I tried my best camping to deal with it, later on when the game was nearly over all the hooks magically came back. It was also weirdly laggy, something that never happens for me. Idk if its a bug, hack or what. At least 2/4 survivors didn't seem to know what was going on. Anyone know what happened?
