Are survivors legally required to indicate they are about to Dead Hard.
I swear every time a survivor is about do dead hard they either are constantly looking back to the point I am worried about the health of their neck or they literally start running at you then DC when you expect them to Dead Hard through you and wait it out.

Had a TTV try to dead hard through me earlier and dc just like you said when he got downed. Had to check out his stream to see why he dc'd and apparently I only waited out his DH because I had to have been stream sniping... Any reason to shift the blame lol

It does the complete opposite if the killer knows what deadhard is. They just wait it out.

I get way more successful Dead Hards when I don't look behind me and instead time it on the red stain, so you might be onto something.

I've only used DH a few times, but there's a very simple reason why survivors look behind themselves when they use DH: they need to time it to the killer's swing if they want to dodge an attack.

I know thats why but they just make it so painfully obvious that why even bother the killer is hardly gonna swing is you are telegraphing your DH so much
