Shaggy/ScoobyDooChapter(Stupid)Idea
Hi all,
This is just a quick (Very Stupid) suggestion that is almost certainly not happening as a child friendly TV show will not let their characters into a horror game. I however, would love if they got included. Feel free to disagree
As a paragraph, (An individual character released similar to Bill from L4D and Leather-face from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) I suggest that Shaggy from the Scooby-Doo franchise would be a very welcomed addition to our set of characters.
This would include costumes for the original 4 survivors.
Jake as Fred, Meg as Daphne, Claudette as Velma and for the matching costume I believe Dwight would fit as Scooby, this is odd but would fit the theme as Dwight's character is canonically scared as "The nervous leader". I believe a matching costume that would not be too comedic that would match the theme of DBD is Scooby's trademark collar around his neck with a brown coloured, black spotted pants and shirt/onesie set. These costumes will be similar to how the original 4 got costumes from the other survivors within L4D1 & L4D2 from the release of Bill.
If the devs do decide to do a chapter instead, a potential killer I believe that could work is the Creeper or Captain Cutlers ghost. These two villains would be iconic and do justice to the original series. A potential map is a select portion of Coolsville such as(If they can get the license) the museum from Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed(Not gonna happen), etc, or Rocky Point Beach (Where Captain Cutler's ghost was first found). The aesthetics surrounding the map would include many different things from the series, such as a crashed Mystery Machine, Boxes of scooby snacks, empty costumes, etc
This inclusion I believe will be very exiting for many players as the Scooby-Doo series is very iconic and nostalgic. Feel free to leave suggestions on perks or powers or if you want to give any feedback.
