Bubba Needs To be Stopped

I have had so many games recently (26 to be exact in a 7 day period) of a Bubba just hooking a survivor and Facecamping immediately without anything happening in the game, and they still lose (All 4 or 3 survivors escape) because they are trash and cant play the game without camping. Like no gens have popped, nobody is annoying him, and I'm playing in a Duo at Red ranks

Literally 99.99999% of the Bubbas I have gone against just camp and tunnel and can't even play the game properly. I don't mind it, but why?

The Bubbas are literally in Red Ranks. What kind of Red Rank plays like that.

    I am gonna say most of them. You will be suprised sometimes how easy to rank up in this game. Just today we are facing againts a Wraith which used NOED to win the game as rank 1 killer. He was bad at chases and he couldnt hang any of us until Noed activated. Most of the killer are nowadays proxy camping, facecamping or tunneling to get that the win because it is easier. If you try to play fair in many cases you will lose as killer if you dont have the proper killer, map and the perks. So most of them are playing dirty to guarentee their wins. I know it is sad but that is what happens in that game and it will be going like that sadly.
