Need Better Totems (With Example)

With the current standing totems and their spawn locations, sometimes it may even feel that totems purposefully spawn closer to survivors to be found quicker. However, totem spawns like this deserve to be praised. It required my undivided attention to find. It wasn't merely another totem you find between an L and T wall, next to a generator, or the like. This one was well hidden, and ALMOST barely noticeable. I think totems like these should be the default. It embodies the meaning of a totem. For example, in the television Supernatural, when a witch uses a hex bag on the main characters, they do not leave them out in plain sight. They are hidden in walls, under rugs, inside dead bodies. I am just wanting to praise this totem and call out weaker totem spawns.

i do not undestand totem spawn inconsistency. Spawns are great on new maps and reworked lerys but azarov and coldwind are still terrible, also they messed up hills totem spawns and survivors can see hem on plain sight.

Also this is a direct deathslinger nerf

I think they should lower the crackling sound slightly as well, but yes, the totem spawns are atrocious. They shouldnt be so close to generators on most maps, but that appeared to be the default thinking.

I think if they would be all well hidden, the crackling sound should remain as it is. It should take time to find a totem, but survivors shouldnt waste too much time. Otherwise they will just ignore the totem search and power through.

Totem should be well hidden but survivors should just have a totem counter next to the gen counter instead of having to run a damn perk to get one
