Where are the Trickster changes from PTB?
I saw them on the PTB patch notes, but not on the live build, what happened?

The changes were really more QoL than anything.
He still plays the same way, and gets shat on the same from competent survivors.

Sadly he will be that K-pop killer in the roster that people will not touch after the RE chapter is released. It's a shame they did not give him an update after his old one. He is fun to play, but in red ranks vs competent loppers he is pretty much worthless. Anyway last time I head everyone pretty much said it's a dude.

Yes just to confirm that the Trickster changes that were in the PTB already went live in the 4.6.1. hotfix a couple of weeks ago.
