There is a difference between original created chapter by BHVR and licensed ones that get featured.
also… I don’t think there is a something similar to a serial killer that incorporates his victims death screams into his art in Hello Kitty. But I could be wrong, don’t know much about that.

For killer specifically I'd be cool with anyone whose weapon is their bare fists (not claws etc, regular punchy punches). What comes to mind to me is a killer martial artist, but whatever works works.
For a more unrelated general theme, a fire-themed one with an arsonist or otherwise fiery killer would be great. The survivor could be a firefighter or other emergency rescue type person.

I also want a pirate. Other than that, a Scifi theme would be dope. Something like SOMA, Alien, or The Thing, just something unique.

I'd LOVE Alien, but I reckon that'll be more likely a year 6 celebration because of how big it is.
As for original ideas, some of the cutscenes in the new lore made me think of vampires for some reason, so maybe something like that?
Personally, I'd like something a little dfferent that offers a completely new way of playing, like a puppeteer who can view the map above, at great expense to its power below; or perhaps a non-humanoid being. Maybe that's a bit too far, but a shift in design could be welcome, as there are only so many ideas under the current style before unique attacks become too similar.

Chapter 21 falls in mid-September or October, most likely it is a license and is about Candyman. I think it is obvious as in September his remake comes out.

Then a very specific brand of occult horror where the survivor is an irredeemable prick trying to do the right thing for extremely selfish reasons and the killer is a demon getting paid by the entity in used souls.
