Plunderers Instinct shadownerfed?

when i use plunderers instinct, since the patch, i never got any key, and only once i got a non-common item (rainbow map). Toolboxes, medkits, they were all just the brown common item.
Is this just bad luck or intentional or a side effect due to the way regular chests have been "fixed"?

I would say it is totally possible that they bugged Plunderers after fixing the Bug which created too many rare Items in Chests.

Given how things have been going recently, I would not be surprised if it were bugged.

Weird.
I just did a match where there were 3 keys. 1 Purple and 2 iridescent. Only one of us had Plunderers and they didn't even find one of the iridescents.
