Matchmaking needs modification
Ever since Matchmaking was changed from using Steam's download region I can hardly play this game anymore.
I live in the Middle East, Where this game is not that popular, The player base is probably in the hundreds.
Back when the game used Steam's download region, I just set the region to Austria or Greece and play the game, My lobby usually fills in 1-2 minutes and survivors ping is around 120-160, They don't leave or complain after the match, It was pretty playable.
Now with this new Matchmaking that has been around for a while, I can't be bothered playing anymore, It takes minimum 5 minutes to find one survivor, and if no other survivor joins, The survivor will leave resulting in no other survivors joining no matter how long I wait, Even when survivors join, They are usually from SEA or Russia, Sometimes even Japan... This location based matchmaking is really something.
Middle East's best connection is with EU when it comes to gaming, In a decent server I can get ~100 ms, I can't really play the game when it takes an average 20mins to play an average 10minutes match.
I've been waiting for 10minutes with this kind of lobby, and survivors are leaving while I'm typing this message, It's frustrating really.
