How would Behavior make a killer with an inhumanoid shape?

Seen a lot of weird killer suggestions including ones that could not do regulars killer actions.

I myself have thought of a power that could work for a shark killer, like Jaws, but am stuck on how to get around having no proper arms or legs to walk around, hit survivors, or pick them up.

The only solution I thought of for a Jaws killer is to say that the entity gifts the shark legs while in humanoid form. (and to have the shark use his fins as pseudo arms to b**** slap survivors and pick them up.)

    Instead of Jaws, he would bring DC Comics King Shark to the entity's realm.

    Jaws would never work in dbd how could a freakin shark hook people the only monsters that could work is either alien predator or anything else
