inicialization error

i cant ######### open my game ive spend the entire afternoon trying to fix this problem and i couldnt make it work, i followed the "solution" from a few threads and it didnt work can someone help me with this ######### (yes i tried to delete the "381210" folder and it didnt solved the problem)
