foreigners playing as killers in my matches

im glad people for other countries are playing the games and enjoying but, holy shizzle man it is sooooo annoying my latency is 20-50 but these killers latency is so high to the point its like the old hit box that was broken two patches ago. im playing in the east coast servers, i dont understand how im getting foreigners as my opponents, again nothing wrong but its just broken hitbox and insane latency difference. Behaviour needs to do something.

same. At certain times of the day im matched with people in the carribean and south america, and the other time of the night im matched with people literally in China

"Foreigners" is a relative term that means nothing without knowing where you're from.
