If we are to take in the leaks regarding the Halloween Event, we know that our author isn't Benedict or at least a retconned version of Benedict. The last thing the author remembers was the sweet, milky smell of opium. Opium dens were very common in Europe and Asia during the 19th century and that's well before WWI. It's barely anything, I'm aware of that, but still, it's food for thought.

    They said that’s the 11th chapter though, so we don’t know a thing about chapter 10 still, I’m surprised they gave info on a chapter so early though

    If it is Jack the Ripper that might actually be rather cool. Can't wait to see if he has any special bonuses against female survivors. I would love to finally put all of those blasted toxic Claudettes and toxic Mins to rest.
