Why is Face Camp censored
Why is Face camping censored in the end game chat its not a swear word its not something bad and i know it wasn't always censored because my brother said that last week in the end game chat

Same reason tbagging is censored. I guess they thought they could lower toxicity by censoring the things people were complaining about.

Funny thing about censoring words. People just use other words in their place. Don't let then say face camp they say fase camp or f×ce camp or just camp.
Still geta the idea across so why bother with the censor in the first place

More than likely what the other posters have said is correct; they are doing their best to dissuade "fighting words," i.e. accusations which are likely to lead to toxic exchanges. Me personally, I think they should just disable all end game chat and be done with it. These weird half measures are just that... weird and work wonky.

The censor is a failure in my opinion. It's their decision to include it as a company but I very much do not like it.

"Sexy men" is censored, I was in a lobby with three David's and a new cosmetic Bill and posted "Look at all these sexy men" and it censored just "sexy men"

That's probably the thing I hate most about the censor - it censors so many non-inflammatory, random words that it creates the impression you're being hostile and insulting someone when you're not.
It also makes communication unexpectedly hard while barely denting other players' abilities to be mean to me, but having my text turned into ####s when I'm trying to compliment somebody or joke with them really gives the wrong impression.

i tested it and they actually are censoring names of the Killers whats next Ghostface is censored or will it be a survivor like Bill oh wait i know theyll update the character models to be Mosaic censors
