In the most recent patch they updated the UI for madness tiers for doctor, and sickness levels for plague, however for plague when the survivor is broken it is very hard to see what state they’re in since the portraits are completely red and you have no indicator which survivor is which and did your slug get picked up for example. This is suppose to make it easier to see but it just makes the screen more cluttered and annoying.
