About the sun in cornfield maps
Everyone knows that there's sun in cornfield maps, but what that means? Is this only a designe? You see, The Entity need to manifest light, that's why all of the maps were happening in night. Yes, that means that in entity's realms moon have his own light. Okay, you know what that means also? Entity is now more powerful, because he can now manifest a sun.

Is sun on this map?
0 -
its daytime atleast, more stormy, dont know about "sunny"
1 -
because he manifest sun and more light in cornfield than in ormond, also ormond seems to be darker

I think the Coldwind maps may actually take place during a Harvest Moon, which would give the appearance of daytime while technically being nighttime.

the entity can manifest sunlight since glenvale...

A harvest moon doesn't look like that. You'd still be able to see the grey parts of it, while DBD's is just a fireball

The sun is actually the entity watching over us
0 -
this is actually a nice theory
1 -
It was a joke but now that I think about it, it could be plausible

Actually the entity is a she, but nitpicking aside the entity doesnt manifest on light, it manifests on hope and or suffering in some way. The people stuck in the fog were hand selected to be there considering their past and present form. The fact that a realm is in the morning doesnt mean that the entity can hold a sun, just that it can generate light.

yes, it can generate light, more light

Nitpick on your nitpick. What if you're Spanish where the Entity is a he, or German where it's neutral/he? Only reason devs call her a she is because they took it from their French. So it doesn't matter what you call it in English. Other than that, I agree with your point.

Well yea it kind of does. It might be translated from a female term in french to another language but that doesnt change anything. Its still what the original text depicts even when translated
0 -
It doesn't though. Conjugations change depending on the language.
0 -
we are talking about entity, a god that don't even have gender, please stop
0 -
You're absolutely correct
0 -
So why does that change the original meaning exactly? The entity is still a she regardless of language
0 -
But since the developers are french they used female pronouns for it. So yes it does. "la" entity gives it a gender and they didnt have to do that but they did.
0 -
Because we're not speaking French?.. lol The Entity is really genderless in English tbf, but you call it whatever.

in my language pen is he, so I should call it he? pen is writing, it is writing or I should say he is writing
0 -
Well it does not matter. If the original language said its a female then its a female. Just because english or any language doesnt state that doesnt mean that it just isnt anymore
0 -
Call it by the original language, i dont know your language so im not sure if it uses female pronouns or not but if it does use those
0 -
It does, which is why Spanish and German call it a he/netural in their descriptions. Are you gonna say that the whole DBD translations for those langauges are wrong? You're funny bro
0 -
No, translations are never perfect but they arent wrong. I just prefer to go by the original language
0 -
Ah okay, your preference. All good
0 -
if this is your preference then why you told me that I should call entity she?
0 -
Well because its my preference, take it with a grain of salt

It's fake, All of the realms are fake From the killer and survivors' POV it seems like there is a sun But it's not actually there Think of it like a sticker A REALLY big one
