That last part of Yun-Jin's backstory...
"Everyone she had worked with, her colleagues, her friends, dying before her eyes. Everything she had, taken from her once more.
No, she would not let him. He would pay. He would know her suffering. Suddenly dark coils of black fog rose from the ground and she was... somewhere else.
Bright lights flashed and blinded her. A spotlight found her in the darkness. Then, a crowd erupted, chanting her name. "Magnum Opus! Magnum Opus!"
She smiled and welcomed the darkness within."
That vision and her thought process is not one I'd have expected from a Survivor, especially about her actually welcoming the evil that hid inside her. Was Yun-Jin supposed to be the Killer at one point? Or was the Entity manipulating her to become even more selfish, so she would sacrifice and abandon her teammates during trials so the Entity could reap more?

I think they wanted more diversity in survivors morals. The only other survivor you could consider antagonistic would be David and even then he’s still nice to his few friends

The Entity feeds on hope. Yun-Jin Lee hopes to get revenge on Ji-Woon Hak. She wouldn't be able to do this if she was a Killer herself. So the Entity made her a Survivor in order to feed upon this hope.
I think the point of Yun-Jin is to show that Survivors aren't necessarily pure-hearted individuals. Like Phasmamain said, the only antagonistic one would be David, who is still willing to lay down his life for his friends, though characters like Jake and Min do seem to care more about their own survival, they are far from antagonists like Yun-Jin. She's meant to show that Survivors can be morally ambiguous or even borderline evil, with all three of her perks making her benefit from the misfortunes of others.
