THE beast(Werewolf)
BACKSTORY
Born in the 1800s, Garret Welling was raised in a poor isolated village in Europe. Far from much anything, the only entertainment he had was a book his mother gave him to write in.
He wrote for hours a day underneath a tree. Eventually his parents would die, forcing him to get a job. He worked at the lumber mill for years.
As time past, he worked more and more hours. Still finding time to write underneath the same tree.
One night, he was writing, but heard a women screaming in the woods. He ran off trying to go to help the women. When he arrived to the source he saw a women limping, trying to get back to the village. He tried to lift her up and carry her, but as he did the women bite his arm him. Scrambling back in a panic, the women runs right at him, attacking him.
Garret would get bit on his shoulder making him angry and he push the women off. He then would run away back into the village, eventually getting home laying in bed, resting.
Hours later, he would wake and shift into a monster of rough, dark fur and razor thick claws, as well meat mincing teeth. Garret now becoming a monster would break through the wall of his house, eating or slaughtering everyone in the village.
As the monster was done, he went to the top of the mountain top and as the moon was bright. A howl came out, loud and mighty. Running off into the woods, the monster never being seen again.

ABILITIES
•Fierce Howl(90 Second Cooldown)
-A howl so fierce, any survivor in range will scream and reveal their location.
-Any pallets inside the 50% of your Terror Radius will be destroyed.
-The survivors ears are bleeding and now suffer from Oblivious effect for 15 Seconds.
•Pursuit/Pounce(20 Seconds)
-The Beast will go on all fours. Increasing his speed to 200% up to 10 Seconds. The longer in pursuit, the longer the cooldown.
-While in pursuit, this effect needs a longer recharge the longer in pursuit. The Beast can go for a pounce(Lunge 2.0) that will apply the mending affect.
SOME ADD-ONS
•Any Injured Survivor who is terrified by your scream will be put into the broken state for 60 Seconds.
•When hitting a survivor with pounce, you can chain into another pursuit.
•Increase the range of Fierce Howl.
•Reduce your Terror Radius while in Pursuit
•Reduce the stun duration at the end of pursuit
•Increase the range of pounce.
PERKS
•Lone Wolf
The chase is the best part of the game.
-As long as a survivor hasn't been hooked, the survivors recieve a 5%/10%/15% reduce progression to generators.
•Feral Sense
You are short tempered when things don't go your way.
-When a totem is cleansed by a survivor, another survivor will be revealed to you for 3/4/5 Seconds.
•Strong Sense
You refuse to let your prey get away.
-When a survivor heals another inside the killer's Terror Radius, they become the obsession.
-The obsession recieves a 5%/10%/15% penalty to healing action.

Perks
•Place of Home
-When escaping a chase you get a token(Stack Up to 4/5/6.) These tokens will be consumed and used to hide your aura
•Here I Come
-When you reunite with a unique survivor, you both get a 15% bonus in all actions for 40/50/60 Seconds. This bonus cannot be stacked.
•Sense of Courage
-While you are in the Killer's Terror Radius you get a 5%/10%/15% bonus to all actions.

also feral frenzy is already used in the game, its the legions power,
but other than that its an awesome concept. I especially liked the story.

Garret is survivor but turns into werewolf when he is killer. So entity is using the monster side of him. He isn't aware though.
Also is Feral Frenzy was the perk name. Changed it cuz forgot that Legion abilities name was that. Thanks for the reminder

Killer Abillity:
Fierce Howl - Like doctor's Static Blast, pretty cool but 1. What is the range exactly? 2. How long is the cooldown? It must be higher than doctor's (which is 60s), because there is an extra effect.
Pursuit - How long does the pounce reach? And removing the cooldown from Fierce Howl after one pounce is probaly too strong. When does pursuit end? Is it on a timer, after starting it or can you decide?
Perks:
Hex: Lone Wolf - Its kinda like old ruin, because you dont have to do anything to get value from it, which is not good + if the numbers stack, it would be absolutely OP -> unhealthy for the game
Feral Sense - way too random, i would never run this perk, because sometimes the obsession isnt cleansing totems all game
Strong Sense - Its a worse Nurse's Calling, but with unlimited range -> I dont think its useful, because when they're healing far away from you, you have to get to them first and they will probaly just run away (+ its rare that two survivors heal one)
Place of Home - this would be a great rework for Jeff's perk Distortion
Here I Come - cool, but pretty useless, just take Prove Thyself and you have the +15% all game for repairing generators
Sense of Courage - probaly too strong, the numbers need to be like 4%/5%/6%, because you can combine it with Spine Chill + Resilience

Hex: Lone Wolf - i really like the idea now, but i think you can make it a normal perk now
Strong Sense - okay

Pursuit - what does the 20 seconds mean? Is this the maximum cooldown? I still think a Pounce shouldnt get rid of the cooldown from Fierce Howl, maybe it could increase the length of Pursuit, but do what you want, its your chapter-idea
[The stats should be standardized, if you want to see this chapter in-game, the Devs hate when its not (Pig's terror radius was first at 28m, but they changed it later to standardize it)

The 20 seconds would represent the charge to get the pursuit ability back. Like spirits ability has recharge time and the longer in the phase walk, the longer the cooldown. So if you do a full 10 second sprint, that's a 20 second cooldown. Open to that changing as I'm no dev, just the idea is to work in a similar fashion without being so spammable.
