Was rank 5 now I’m rank 14 smh. When will this be fixed??!!!

It happened ONLY in this season because of unknown error (at least, we don't know).
Also, it happened not only on Switch.
Some people got rank from 1 to 9, some, like me, didn't get a reset of ranks at all.
