Is Blood Pact a good perk?
I'm thinking about using blood pact but I'm not sure if it's worth using. Those who have uses it and liked it, is it a good perk to use?

Not worth it in solo queue.
People ignore both, the possible movement speed bonus and the aura information the perk provides so you're better off running Bond really.
I tried to make it work for months as I like co-op perks but after excessive testing I can't recommend it - at least in solo queue.

The movement speed isn't really useful because you don't want someone running behind you or alongside you in a chase - that's double pressure and it guarantees one of you is going to go down fast at a window or the like. And if they're staying nearby, but out of sight, to give you the speed boost, they're not doing gens or anything useful, they're sacrificing all of their pressure to make your chase last longer (which wastes more of their own time), and the killer will hear them and go for them eventually. So the movement speed bonus usually only ends up being useful to get the both of you to a gen faster, or to get an initial tiny burst of speed when you scatter because the killer was coming up on your heal.
When you take out that aspect, it's just a threadbare Empathy that might bring someone over to heal you too... and you could use the perk to occupy the killer for a very long time if the following conditions are met:
-You're in a SWF with comms
-Both you and the randomly-chosen obsession are very skilled loopers, so the one who's currently swapped out can react quickly to any sudden moves the killer makes and never leaves themselves out of position
-All four players are alive, so decent gen progress is being made while two players are occupied
-The killer isn't ranged and lacks any kind of anti-loop power
-The killer doesn't recognize you're running the perk between the unusual movement speed and your buddy swapping in and out of chase, and drop chase early once they figure out it will take too much time to catch you

It's not a bad perk but I wouldn't call it very good either. Works best with SWF.

The haste effect is extremely strong if you can sustain it, so mostly for SWFs. Since its not efficient to stick around the looper instead of gens, its most profitable for trollgroups, who care less about gens and more about chases.
The aura reading and obsession part is great for solo queue though. Giving half the team aurareading for heals is pretty nice and there is always an obsession so theres less tunneling if no one brings DS.
Not bad, but not great either. Lots of potential in the haste effect (i used to run bloodpact and hope regularly)
