They don't have to compete through another game. Plus Capcom has always had the more popular franchise and RE probably always will be the most popular horror game franchise since somehow they can just crank out 4 amazing games in such a short amount of time with their amazing engine.

The problem with creating a completely new thing for PH is it fits more in the world of SH. For RE they can only work with what he characters can do in the game since they don't have like superpowers. If they are strong, fast, smart, and use weapons like Nemesis, that's what they do and that's final. The type of world SH is allows for more of adding completely new stuff.

I love El Gigante. I love simple monsters like that just as much as complex looking monsters. I just keep remembering my first experience with the giant grey ogre.

I still read and hear a lot of divisive opinions on RE7. I can understand why if I consider people's expectations of what the game (and RE in general) should be, but as a game, as an actual experience, I thought it was a near-masterpiece. It sucks whenever I hear someone say that it's "not Resident Evil" just because of a different camera view, when those same people worship at the altar of Resident Evil 4.
But yeah, there's no denying that Res 1 and 2 were brilliant. I can't speak for the rest up to 7, I kind of got burnt out near the beginning of 3. The remakes were amazing though.

Hey man the Terror Engine is awesome, have you seen Silent Hill in 2021 the game still looks amazing, but I do agree with you The Tyrants already have the moves,the just have to be implemented into DBD and balanced.

I'm pretty much gonna be pissed at everyone lol if they add Ethan and Mia and bakers or someone from re8 I absolutely adore those games but they don't deserve to get in over orginal titles
