There should be an in-game option to submit a video of the hacker as evidence. You only have to have a program to record the screen and send it to the developers. Also, to avoid false reports.

Because this is pretty ridiculous and I don't think it is as simple as you think it is.
Cheaters already get banned in time, so something like this would be really pointless. In any case, this would take a unreal amount of time for humans to look over if the idea was added, very much so because people like to report players in this game when they get salty for any reason.
