Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
is Rank Reset still the 13th of the month?

Forgot to de-rank before getting close to rank 15 and now I can't find a lobby as a killer, left the queue running to watch an episode of Tokyo Ghoul: RE and I was still waiting, please tell me the reset is next week on the 13th? Or if it is posted somewhere already I apologize in advance.

The rank reset is always on the 13th of each month. This has not been changed, and if any news about changing it come then you'd probably hear about them anyway.
