When will the PTB take infos from ?

Hey guys ! So, we all know PTB's coming on the 25th. As I've been playing PTBs for more than a year now, I also know that it takes your BPs and stuff from a few days before. So, my question is, do you guys know what date it will be ? Cause I'd love to have 1M BPs ready for the new killer to try out immediately, so I need to plan out when I'm gonna farm my points :)
