Favorite type of survivor?
Hello everybody. Hope you're having a great day.
So I've this question since last week.
You prefer a survivor that isn't particularly good at looping, but it's really efficient with generator?
Or
A survivor that's not particularly efficient with gens, but he's actually pretty good at chasing?

Interesting question, I would go with the first one though, because I enjoy the pressure of racing against the clock before the generators can get done. Not only that, I'm bad at chases (as killer) as well so it would balance out evenly, and then it would just be a matter of who would win first.

I prefer the survivors that are good at looping, but don't really pay much attention to the gens. The chase is the most fun part for me. To go further, I really enjoy going against survivors that swarm me when I have one of their teammates down. It is fun to try and out think and out play them when they are body blocking or coming in to pallet stun or flashlight save. Some people think that is bullying, but it is just a different play style for survivors than focusing gens in my opinion that is more exciting.

What means being efficient with generators? I mean, I'm really asking, because it seems (to me) that the only element that asks skill and practice is running the Killer.
But I would say I prefer someone being efficient on looping, so the rest of the team has time to do generators/looking for Ruin, etc.

Being efficient with gens means, for me at least, never losing second, knowing perfectly when unhokking, and when returning to your gen, knowing where's a three gen, and know when to break it, the act itself of sitting in the gen it's braindead, but knowing when staying there and when saving, healing (basically never but whatever) and suck are actually something that comes with quite a bit of experience.

I actually agree with you, when i started i was incredibly salty when survivor did this kind of stuff, but now i actually have fun, usually this type of match are quite short, but it's fun nonetheless.

Oh, I see... I didn't see it that way. Hum, now I know what you meant, I could change my mind about what type of Survivors I prefer. :p
