Anyone ever run into survivors that loop the basement with two already hooked in it
I mean somone rage quit because I was chasing a cludette around the shack and another died in the basement as well because the cludette decided to loop and not lead me away from it

One of the hooked guys or Claudette had Kindred and was using them to read your aura probably. Scummy IMO.

Nope no kindred two survivors hooked and the cludette decided to loop me above them

Then she was a genuine #########.

Looping a hook with Kindred is an incredibly bad play, even worse than normal, as the chase will last longer, meaning more time used up for the hooked guy.

they then usually complain about me "camping"

and I bet they called you a camper in the end game chat? Never mind the fact the person you were chasing was looping you right on top of the basement.

I see it all the time playing Spooky Myers, and then I'm called a Camper in the end chat because I chased in them in circles around the basement area.

IKR just lead them away it’s not hard

Exactly. I'm pretty pragmatic. If I caught and hooked someone in the basement once, I have faith I can do it again. I'm more than willing to leave the area. But why would I leave when all my quarry is within six meters of me? Heck, I'm a nice guy actually. Since I play Spooky Myers I can usually see TWO of them by the shack, one looping me and the other waiting to go down. Even though I KNOW that other one is there, I will follow the other away IF he/she leads me. Why? Because I want people to feel they got their Queues worth, and because the longer the match the more BP and Pips for everyone. But if they never leave, I'm not going to either. Why would I teach them bad habits?

People will be in chase, run directly to a hook then loop by the hook and be mad at the killer when the hooked survivor dies.
Same thing goes with gen strats too, people will die in the strat instead of running away from it then be in the Post-Game chat frustrated over something they caused.
