What where your biggest facepalm moments.
I just went into a killer game just to do the hatch challenge. I gave the survivor hatch. When I got to the post game my hand when through my skull as soon as I saw the archive thingy pop up. I went around the entire map with blight so I could give this yui hatch and I forgot my one ######### job that game was to close the hatch.

A legion had me cornered and I dead harded into a wall as if that would help me escape

I completed a rather difficult challenge (I forget which one at the moment) only to realize at the end I hadn't selected it.

Lately?
A hag downed/hooked two survivors at the same time, somehow, across the map for me at the start of the game (I blame matchmaking). The third survivor immediately gets chased. I run over for damage control and save the two hooked individuals, and heal everyone up. The survivor being chased went down into the basement. The other two, immediately after being rescued, swarmed the basement to rescue her.
It was not a fun game.

Couple nights ago (I do not play at night cuz I love to sleep)
Super tired but wanted to play with my friend who hasn't been on in awhile (she too is hella sleepy)
Endgame
I'm on hook
She goes down unhooking me
I then give her an insta heal (syringe)
I go down.
Me -"it's okay I have DS"
*No I don't cuz I healed her, but have yet to realize it*
She hasn't realized that I gave her an insta and pops up running towards the killer who backflips her back down and death hook
I then get picked up and now realize I don't have DS. Death hook
Silence and then pure ugly laughter.

Just had a match as Doctor. I got head-on'd by a Jane then immediately turned around to go through the corner and got pallet slammed by the same Jane. Took me a second to realize what I did XD

I have many Facepalm moments that are equally big. But here's 2 of them.Crotus Prenn Asylum || Father Campbell's Chapel.
I was looping a Spirit in the main building. I was looking behind me so I could see her while I was running towards a window. When it's time to vault so I spammed Spacebar, but the wall just got closer and my character didn't vault. I got hit and realized, there wasn't even a window there.
Red Forest || Mother's Dwelling.
I was doing a generator in the main building. I hear Freddy's lullaby getting louder and louder. I see a Bill running out on the floor where I am and drop down as if he was chased. The lullaby is really loud and without even looking around, I drop down and get hit immediately.

I was looping shack against a less experienced wraith and some random Bill just came up mid-chase and threw down shack pallet right in my face. I swear bill’s or either the worst or best there is no middle ground.

Probably the one when I was playing Plague and someone was picking up a downed survivor in front of me, I tried to puke them to max infection before hitting them but the puke went right over their head and I missed the infection, the down, the slugged survivor, and my dignity.

Oooh that reminds me of the time where the killer had trail and my teammates had better together for some reason(they were both nancy so I guess they get as bad bloodweb rng as me lol) There was so many yellow gens and like 4 times that match I went to get the trail of torment gen and ended up just staring at a nancy. When there was 1 gen left I saw one near me turn yellow and assumed it was the nancy so I went over to help her finish that. I got a comically large knife to the face.

I tried a adept. I took good addons and a map offering and when i loaded in i realized that i had the wrong perks.

I have this moment sometimes when i see 4 flashlights in the lobby and i have only 15 seconds left. I try to find the perk, forget everything about alphabetical order and always find only shadowborn.

Its even better when you dont have all the perks so you just look for the first eye perk and forget you have shadowborn 3 but lightborn only 2 so lightborn still shows up afterwards.

I was running from a killer in the shop on autohaven and when i went to the window. I accidentally pushed the button too soon and jumped in the locker instead -.-

Recently, it was on a Coldwind Farm map, where I was watching from a distance of a survivor being chased by Legion. Problem was I assumed it was Legion, so waited until they left. I was actually just watching 2 survivors running together.
I know this, because whilst watching this I got blasted from behind by Legion. I did wonder why I hadn't heard him, but turns out he had Tinkerer.

I was playing against a Spirit on Gas Heaven and unfortunately she had the good old Devour Hope + Thrill of the Hunt combo.
A Dwight started to cleanse the nearest Totem, and it would take a little while for the Spirit to get there. So I decided to body-block, so she would have to down me before reaching Dwight, after all she has collision when using her power... right?
Well, turns out I thought I was facing her old version, which had collision. When I realised my mistake, it was too late...
