In Defense of Nemesis (if he is the killer)
I know there is still some divide as to who people believe the killer is for the next chapter, and with the reveal just 24 hours away, I want to present a defense as to why I believe that Nemesis would be the best choice for the RE chapter.
First off, he is probably the franchises most iconic bioweapon, and probably even antagonists, so that would already bring in some good money for both Behaviour and Capcom.
Secondly, he has a wide variety of powers and abilities that he can do, given his flamethrower, rocket launcher, physical strength, use of tentacles (please refrain from making it sus), and his strongest ability which is consistently adapting to different environments.
Thirdly, his roster of abilities is that of other antagonists from the RE franchise, just better (and more iconic). He is evidently stronger than Mr. X, can infect others similar to that of Jack Baker (although one can argue that Jack can control the molded, which is highly debatable since this is never shown or specified), and is evolving arguably faster that William Birkin.
Lastly, he could function similar to that of Pyramid Head. He could infect survivors with the T-Virus (torment), can use either a ranged weapon or his tentacle as a means to counter looping or to reduce the distance made (punishment of the damned), and could possibly break the rules of the entity's realm (Not using hooks, personal mori)
Thoughts?

I know people are against the rocket launcher but I feel like even that could be scary and awesome, if implemented right.
It wouldn't be his primary power probably, but something that he builds up to and can be only used a few times.
Just imagine working on a gen and you suddenly spot a red dot and line aiming towards you. Or hearing the noise of the upcoming missile.
I believe Nemesis can be the most unique out of the bunch.

Putting Pyramid-Head and Nemesis together in the same game is already the best thing you could have.
