As a Yui main, she’s not A tier. AMN and Breakout suck so hard.

I loves me Meg but what about her perks make her the best? I hear people say that Dead Hard is better than her spring (EDIT: "Sprint") and no one seems to say anything either way about her other two perks. I just give her perks from other characters and play as her for the pretty face and cute outfits. If anything I'd put Dwight and Bill at the top. Just my opinion though.
Completely agree with the bottom tier. I've seen that Quentin creep in like 1 game out of a thousand.

She has 2 powerful perks (Adrenaline and Sprint Burst) and 1 decent perk (Quick and Quiet). Adrenaline gives you a HUGE speed boost and an insta-heal once you complete the last gen/or the killer closes hatch to trigger the EGC before the last gen is done. Sprint Burst can be used during chases but it requires skill to do so. Other than that, it's still powerful because you can reach a window and make distance away from the killer. And finally, Quick & Quiet is really good for stealth, and is pretty solid against Spirit a bit. Plus, Q&Q has really good synergy with other perks, such as Dance With Me, Lithe, and Head On.
All of her perks are balanced yet solid at the same time.

I love Kate but no way is she A tier or anything above the bottom. I think she has the worst set in the game.
