How do you report cross-platform players?

I just got jobbed by a Hag and a Jeff (Jeff followed me around with the Hag to kill me, was given hatch as reward). I reported them in game, but how do I report them if they're not PS4 players? Between this and the one hit Demogorgon, I think I'll move on to Ghosts of Tsushima and come back to this game later lol

    Take a recording.

    Submit a ticket(options menu)

    Fill it out.

    Upload recording to YT.

    Attach recording to ticket, which you can do from email, as they'll send you one.
