Plague console needs to be fixed already!
Why even call her a ranged killer? Her puke can't go 5 feet without you staring up at the sky, because for some reason puke has BULLET DROP. There's so many times where the puke goes right through the survivors and it doesn't even register! She has garbage sensitivity in her power, so I implore you to give her the console Blight treatment. I see PC players pull off ridiculous back and forth volleys of puke across half the map, but that's never gonna happen on console because the sensitivity is nowhere near the same. She goes from A to D tier depending on your platform. The survivors can simply mash the joystick in a bunch of different directions to avoid 80% of your spray. Plague's base infection rate sucks. Dead Hard is Dead Hard, but it somehow gives you i-frames for even longer against Plague's red puke. She has the old Leatherface problem where you didn't hold the bar quite long enough so instead of a short burst of puke, it gets cancelled altogether. This killer has more problems than Nurse at this point. Give us completed characters please from now on, please!

This isn't true. I'm on PS4 and do just fine with her
Also her sensitivity doesn't decrease in her power.

You've probably gotten so used to her sluggish controls that it feels natural to you now.
3 -
I barely play her. I haven't gotten used to anything, because there's nothing to get used to.

The only issue Plague has is her robbed hits. Anyone going for the spray'n'pray tactic absolutely sucks at playing her. Either you want to land as much of your Vile Purge as possible or you want to land small, accurate bursts of Corrupt Purge.
Also, she has a range of about 15m (I think?) and her movement speed is added to her projectile travel speed. In case you didn't know.

You think I'm making this up? What about how PC players can move their vomit back and forth 3 times in a single go? You would never get that on a joystick even at the highest sensitivity.

No way does she have as much range as Deathslinger.
0 -
She doesn't, Deathslinger has 18m. And I'm not sure how much range Plague has, but 15m is about the maximum distance you can get, though anything beyond 8m is just hoping the survivor isn't paying attention.

I can literally do that. Try 100% sensitivity. If you still can't do it, it's in you.

Slinger has 18 meter range.

The most annoying problems the plague has are the buggy emblem system and hits not connecting. You should try a higher sensitivity because her corrupt puke should not decrease her sensitivity in any way.

I honestly believe that tou are just bad with her. The hit register is on all platforms, but hitting people with it isnt impossible. If you cant hit people its because you are aiming for their feet or just behind them. I play on ps4 and shese fine

They changed her puke to make it thinner so its harder to hit. I've been playing Plague recently and the streams are much thinner than they use to be. Also, the looking up part, it's for balance because her corrupt purge is one giant stream that can be whipped. Also, why don't you think vomit won't drop?

Puke has "bullet drop" because it's... puke. I wouldn't expect puke to just be a hit scan projectile that travels at bullet speed in a completely straight line. On the more practical side of things, puke has "bullet drop" for the same reason Deathslinger's harpoon has travel time. It's intended as an extra challenge to make the killer more skillful. Going from A to D depending on your platform isn't a dead by daylight exclusive problem. Imagine playing first person shooters against PC players as a console player. Games like call of duty worked around this problem by pairing you with other players using the same input device (i.e. Mouse and keyboard, Controller), but dead by daylight has no such real solution. If you find that survivors are mashing the joystick in different directions to avoid 80% of your spray, I'd suggest you either get closer to them before you spray, or maybe DECREASE your sensitivity since it seems like you cant track their movements well enough and you may be over compensating. Not holding the bar long enough to puke isn't a "problem." It's a mechanic. I'm not sure why you would want to do that anyways, using short bursts of puke generally isn't the best idea if you can help it. Plus, you're the one who said Plague's base infection rate "sucks" anyways, so surely a short burst of puke would be near pointless unless you're running infection rate addons.

I can do this on PS5. Which console are you playing on? I'm sure you're telling the truth, so I'm not calling you out. Just trying to figure out why you have trouble doing it. I also play on a high sensitivity which makes it easier.

I'm on PS4 and have 100 sensitivity.

I never played her on my PS4, so I'm not sure how she feels on there. The only thing I can think of would be that maybe frame drops hurt her a bit. If you're moving while purging, it can go pretty far, though nowhere near as far as a Huntress hatchet. Dead hard always sucks, but if you suspect one is incoming, then fully charge the purge before launching. This will allow you to shoot longer than the i-frames and hit them on the tail end of the purge. This won't catch everyone of course, but can definitely come in clutch. I had the issue of not charging enough at first too and cancelling my power. This comes down to timing memory, I feel. I use the quicker charge addon a lot, and whenever I take it off I find that I have to adjust my timing or I run into the same issue as you.
I think you may just need to get used to her a bit more and find which addons work for your playstyle. She definitely seems to me to be one of those killers whose addons can be adapted to a variety of different game plans. I do hope you keep playing her, though. There aren't very many Plague players out there, and she's a ton of fun once you get comfortable with her.

Imo, she's one of the easiest ranged killers for console.
I think it's just a matter of getting used to the feel for her power, speeds, and puke range/fall.

In this state, no I won't be playing with her. I need this Scourge of the Purge challenge, and after that me and her are done.

I'm assuming that any killer I would have chosen to complain about would have been "the easiest" to use in your opinion. Any excuse to put someone else down, I guess.

I can understand that. I have some killers that I won't touch either. Just play whoever is more fun for you. This game can already be frustrating at times for various reasons, so hopefully the challenge doesn't annoy you too much.
