Roadmap and Cross Progression

The roadmap representation was kinda confusing. Is there a visual or picture of it and all that is supposed to be coming? Any ideas on Cross progression for consoles to PC? Console optimization?

Nintendo Switch optimization hopefully. I was going to buy the dlc characters I'm missing there but decided to try a few games first to see if it played better. It's horrible, stuttering all the time and too dark, my series x and ps5 play fine so it's not my Internet. The Switch needs a lot of love put into it.
Still keeping my fingers crossed for console crossplay, they should change it to cross save but you have to buy dlc on each platform as I think that's what's making the companies say no to the idea. It all comes down to money.
