I skipped all stars because.... well because all stars. But I'm back and ready to find uses for a new round of perks!

Killer builds

Gimmick/Meme builds

Neva See it Coming:

Hysteria + Death Bound + Blood Echo + Thanataphobia

Hysteria makes injured Survivors obvlious so long as someone is healing. Death Bound makes them oblivious when they do heal. Blood Echo and Thana both punish not healing. The end result is that half of your build pushes them right into your other half, preventing them from reliably keeping track of you.

Works best on either clown or deathslinger

Insta Win Billy/Plague:

Lethal Persuer + Infectious Fright + Monitor and Abuse + Deerstalker + Apples (if plague)

Insta take corrupt purge if plague and immediately slug all 4 Survivors. Lethal Persuer lets you know exactly where to go in order to kill everyone while infectious keeps up the momentum. Kill them fast and do not let them recover for even a second. The game should end in under a minute or else you're screwed.

Serious builds:

Hysterical Oni:

Hysteria + Sloppy + Ruin + Undying

Oni makes especially good use out of Hysteria due to his relationship with Survivor health states and that he's an M1 Killer without his power. He already wants to be M1ing healthy Survivors so the perk is triggering off what he's doing anyways. Injured Survivors being oblivious is a big problem against a Killer as fast as Oni, and the way his power works means he doesn't mind letting them get away at first after hitting them once, meaning he can get use out of the first activation.

Plus he's often using M2 while the perk is on cooldown.

Spoiler alert: The rest of these are just Eruption builds.

Deathslinger gen control:

Eruption + Discordance + Monitor and Abuse + STBFL

So, Eruption is an interesting perk and by far the best killer perk of the 3. Incapacitation prevents working on gens, meaning that it lets you convert your 1v1 abilities into map pressure. Discordance pulls double weight here, both letting you know when Eurption will give the most value while also preforming it's normal task of telling you where you need to be applying pressure.

Monitor and STBFL here are just there for the standard deathslinger reasons.

Legion/Plague gen control:

Eruption + PGTW + Thanataphobia + Blood Echo

Similar to on deathslinger, Legion can also make a lot of use out of Eruption. Unlike deathslinger however he likes it for a completely different reason.

Legion is relatively high mobility for an M1 Killer and can comfortably kick a lot of gens. This means that the regression from Eruption is a lot higher than the average Killer's. He doesn't get quite as much out of the incapacitation however.

Plague meanwhile also downs primarily with M1. She uses the same build since she also keeps Survivors injured constantly. She makes better use out of incapacitation compared to legion and is probably the best Eruption user.

Survivor builds

Gimmick/Meme builds

You know what? ######### you, Kills your Killer:

Head On + Flashbang + Blast Mine + DS

You aren't a coward. Why run from the Killer when you can straight up attack him instead? Slightly less troll variant on this would be:

Head On + Flashbang + Quick and Quiet + Diversion

This has a very specific gameplan in a chase.

Step 1: Get into a locker with Q&Q

Step 2: Craft a Flash Bang

Step 3: Head On the Killer

Step 4: Activate the Flashbang while they are stunned to blind them

Step 5: Diversion the nearest window

Step 6: Walk behind a wall while they are still blinded

They get stunlocked for a moment and hear you vault a window (when you didn't) while they are blinded. Meanwhile you disappear without a trace.

You can substitute Diversion for Fixated if you're lame

The Great Escape:

Bite the Bullet + Resurgence + Slippery Meat + Up the Anti + Medkit and luck offerings

Slip off the hook with your luck build and then silently heal yourself up with Bite the bullet + Resurgence + Medkit

Combo Tank Build:

Flashbang + MoM + Breakout + Saboteur

Here's the play. When the Killer goes to hook a Survivor, you go in to sabo it like normal. Except unlike a normal sabo build, you have a guarantee.

Drop the flashbang immediately before you start the sabo. If the Killer hits you to cancel the sabo then the flashbang will stun him. If he looks away to avoid the stun then you get to complete the sabo. Either way the Killer is forked.

Serious Builds:

Savior:

Flashbang + Self Preservation + Sprint Burst + Free Slot

Self Preservation makes you temporarily silent when a nearby Survivor is injured/downed, in this case we care about downed.

This means the Killer won't know that you're about to go in for a save with flashbang. Run in, drop the bomb, save the world Survivor. It's a lot easier than a flashlight save and it doesn't require you to bring an item.

Totem Doctor:

Counterforce + Inner Strength + Spine Chill + Free slot

Counterforce speeds up both cleansing and finding totems, eliminating the need to use perks like small game and improving the usability of inner strength. When no totem is shown by counterforce you know your safe from NOED. Free slot lets this be viable.

Don't run Rookie Spirit. Just use alert instead.
