4% hook
The 4% hook is a challenge in itself to get without an add-on, but it Is worse when you get off and the killer is camping you. Can a system be implemented that if you get the 4% to have a borrow time effect. This gives the chance for the survivor to get another or to have a chance to escape.

No. You didn't work for that escape, you got lucky. You're already awarded for getting lucky, there's no need to punish the Killer more for it.

A second on the no, getting off the hook yourself isn't supposed to be likely, or else survivors would just bring in slippery meat and rescue themselves all the time. Attempting an escape should always be the last resort, getting off is the reward to the risk, but if you're trying it while the killers nearby, that's your own fault for messing it up.

DS is a pretty good perk you know.

4% isn't supposed to be something to rely on, it's a last ditch effort. It's good the way it is, you can even use DS after it.

It is a last-ditch, but with it being 4% and killer camping when your being hook, take the chance away. it then becomes useless. This is for a true 4% and not using perks.

As others have said, you can still use ds, as well as a range of exhaustion perks to provide a chance to escape.

Unless you are the last survivor or all others are slugged/hooked. Why in hell would you try to kobe (get your 4%), especially if the killer is actually CAMPING YOU!?
Care to tell me your thought process on how that outcome would work in your head? What were you expecting to achieve other than dying faster?

Killers are downing survivors and going after the last one. Hooking them and either camping them because they were never hooked or staying near them so they can down them if 4%. So yes killers are CAMPING players to down them. If you don't like the suggestion or comment that you could have simply skipped it. This is the reason to discuss it without attacking someone for their opinion.

The 4 percent decision was subsequently closed due to the fact that everyone disagreed with it. That's all right. This is the reason for discussing it. Thank you to everybody who commented, including those who like to put others down.
