No problem; I'm glad you liked hearing about it.
I don't still play as Dwight. I was a Killer Main from the start and just didn't play Survivor much at all at first.
When I did decide to give it more of a try I started maining Quentin and Nea.
And, unlike Dwight, I have played them until now, some 3 years later.

Ace was my main when I was under like 1 year, and then I didnt have a main. Now i main Nancy because shes my only p3 all tier 3 perks.

Nea. My partner bought me the Silent Hill chapter like a week or two after I've started to play and Cheryl became my main.
But I started my very first games as Nea. Her fashion spoke to my teenagehood.

A character I refuse to prestige and even level up is Jeff, I have 40 something Winter Party Starters in his inventory and a few Winter Mystery Boxes in his bloodweb from the last winter solstice event in 2018

Lol it's fine. It was my first time ever playing the game and I was in an SWF with two friends who are purple ranked. I literally was so lost in what to do that I switched between working on a gen and hiding in a corner all game. So Honestly I'm surprised I lived for as long as I did there since I was pretty much like a deer in headlights in regards to what am I supposed to do lol.

I was like that as well until my lust for hoarding event items kept growing, and so did my wanting to prestige every character. I try to speed run P3ing a character now
Current record is Trickster at 13hrs and 54 minutes from release

This is my build if you want some value with mettle of man .
Mettle of man,decisive strike,Unbreakable and soul gard.
Or
Mettle of man,small game,inner strength and dead hard.
Recently you have to be right behind the survivor to get a protection hit.wich is really annoying. The first build is my favorite it's for buying time and saving people from getting tunneled and get protection hits for mettle of man a hirt survivor gets you off hook protect them than you active mettle of man pick you Decisive strike. and you have mettle of man ready to go. Or he leaves you get up with Unbreakable in his face and he hast two hit you twice to get you down because of mettle of man and soul gard. If he slugs with noed soul gard well always get you up when hex is active and you take a other hit for the team and escape.
this build always works for me in one why or a another.

The first survivor I ever played as was Bill.

Claudette. I was terrified and understood that she'd be the hardest one for killers to spot. Not proud to say I used her exclusively for a while - though the second one I played was David in order to unlock We're Gonna Live Forever.
First survivor match was against an Oni in Lery's - first killer match was as Wraith in Badham against a 4-man SWF with 4 BPS that just wanted to farm. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better introduction to killer mechanics.

I first started with Meggle because I liked the idea of Sprint Burst a lot and I also liked her pink tracksuit.
Now she's one of my few survivors who have a variety perk build :) (most of my survivors have perks that work together to excel at one particular thing)

Feng for lithe. Coming from Friday the 13th game I knew I wanted to survive chases for as long as possible. I hardly use an exhaustion perk anymore and my Feng build nowadays consists of lifting pallets like the boss that she is, doing work for her fellow minions.

Deeeby dwight and then Jake. I have prob 1200 hours on jake... because no one plays jake... and I love his retro glasses.

I started with Claudette, then once I got better at the game I switched over to Elodie.
I went backwards with characters as a new player and just finished leveling Jake and Feng, who I main pretty often now.

When I started I remember looking at perk and thinking: "Uh Prove Thyself and Leader... This Dwight looks like great to start with teamplay. My mere presence will help at least a bit."
I was afraid of being a weight for the others so that helped my confidence a bit.

Also played Bill when I first got into the game in 2017. Moved to be a Jeff and play exclusively Jeff & (P3) Tapp now though.
