This secret buff for Wraith was too much

Not really,..

but one game yesterday I'm playing against Wraith with one of my friends and I saw this Killer whole match totally cloaked when he was uncloaked, I must ask my friend where he is because I really can't see him, he was totally invisible for me and I can barely see only red stain and hear heartbeat, when in chase I'm gettings hits from air, it was funny too. But I never seen this bug before.

Have you ever met this bug, anybody before? Sadly I don't have any picture or video proof because I was soo excited.
