What tier is PTB Nemesis?

For reference S, A, B, C, F tier Nurse, Huntress, Freddy, Clown, Legion. In my honest opinion B tier. It has elements of PH and Plague. So he has a good power at pallets and windows. But is still jukeable. As well the Zombies do pose a threat and can sometimes have nice combos but don't do too much. And you can slow down mutation by not vaccinating, As well limited range but in tier two is also effective at dealing with pallets. But what do you think?

The rng reliance to get value out of zombies combined with scuffed A.I I feel holds him back. With a few tweaks and some polishing I see him making it to A

I honestly feel he is around pyramid head level. But he could be the second best killer in indoor maps honestly. With the zombies in indoor map with a limited space they would often trap hallways in indoor maps when I played the PTB.

On close-quarters indoor maps, he's an alright Killer. On every other map he's just a straight up worse version of Pyramid Head.

Pressure from the zombies is nice, His power is effectively built in save the best for last when hitting survivors since you move faster than a normal m1 while recovering and recover in 2.5 seconds instead of 3, the ability to go over windows and pallets is nice, but you can still counter him by playing against him like he is clown being one step ahead and dropping pallets early rather than trying to greed them for more value,

that said I think he is B tier, has potential and is strong but isn't extremely oppressive

my hope is he is buffed into A tier with the actual patch but stays fun to play as and against

First impressions are A-Tier. Has ways to increase his tier even if people don't vaccinate. Further analysis needed.

Like high B with the potential of maybe being bottom of A if his zombies perform well.
