I know i'm not the first one to use this and that it even was popular before the balanced and exhaustion nerfs but I still think it's a really effective and powerful combo. As long as you manage your exhaustion well you can get out of any bad situation no matter the resources.

I think that in perfect conditions BL is better than DH but sometimes you get maps or are in areas with no heights at all or can be going against a killer that DH is better for like Nurse. I've felt way more confident when i've had both perks and tend to stay around hills/higher areas but often times i'll find myself using DH when I have to. It's definitely my favorite build i've used in all of my gameplay.
