Any particular reason survivors stand in front of the Exit Gate switches, refusing to move or do any
I've had this happen in MULTIPLE games, and it's the most annoying ######### in the world. IDK why people do it. Another Survivor will power the gate till it's that literal sliver away from opening, stop, and then just stand in front of it, not letting anyone else get to it and refusing to do anything. (Until the killer is like 2 feet away, then they'll usually finally open it and try to book it)
I could get it if they stopped to go and help another survivor that's just been downed/hooked, so there is not on as much of a time limit or rush, but 3/4 of the time they just don't move anyway or that's the not case.
Is there any particular reason for this? Is it a troll on the killers, other survivors? An actual reason? I'm getting really annoyed and don't know how to counteract this besides going to the other Exit Gate (and usually the killer's there, so-)

The only time I've done that is if I'm left in the match with an injured survivor that's tried trolling me or unhooked themselves in my face. I'll wait for the killer to get there and down them and then open it and leave. 😊

Just humans being humans. People like to taunt others, especially in games. Only Spirit and Deathslinger can counter exit gate taunting.

They are either waiting to taunt the killer or they saw some content creators 99 the gates and they are failing to replicate it. They are throwing but they can't comprehend it since it effects other players and not them.
