Someone who managed to hit over 14k Chainsaw hits probably did not want to see Billy get nerfed.

Here's the thing though. Huntress is the only example of a character I know of in a game that does not have auto-aim, but expects single-fire shots to land without a reticle or ADS. Usually such treatment is used for weapons they devs want you to miss, like sniper rifle hip fire in FPS games, so, in a way, the large hitboxes are a cushion for backwards design. Deathslinger has ADS allowing you to know without a shadow of a doubt where the center of your screen is, taking out the guess work. For Trickster, a miss is a minor DPS loss. If we're going with accurate hitboxes for Huntress, then she should get a reticle when she's ready to fire. If perfection is a requirement, then a player should be given the tools to achieve it.

The only thing I can say is true Huntress kept her exhaustion add-on, but they took away one and decreased the other by 85 seconds. So it's more up to speed with all other existing exhaustion add-ons/perks.

Billy is fine. He just needs his head bob to be reworked because its annoying when you chainsaw. Otherwise, his overheat just keeps you from spamming it continuously and to stop face camping with it. I can see why the devs changed him. He was easy to beat at high ranks if they spammed his power at pallets and such, but torture for new players who didn't really know what to do.

His overheat was just unnecessary though. Bubba doesn’t have this same issue and his tantrum only activates if he holds it for too long
Bubba right now is slightly better but much much easier to play which is kinda dumb

I don’t think it’s necessary tbh. Aiming at the centre of your screen isn’t to hard and you always have a good idea on where the hatchet is going.
It could be an okay learning add on though

While I don’t agree huntress is OP she definitely needed her exhaustion add on removed. And while her base cooldown is fine double cooldown add ons can be a bit insane

Berus Toxin (Common, no longer exists, replaced with Yellowed Cloth) gave Exhaustion for 30 seconds and then we still have Venomous Concoction which has 90 seconds but is now only 5. I was just saying that she doesn't have 2 anymore like she used to.

Oh I thought you were talking about other killers with exhaustion add ons. Still don’t see why she has it when huntress is already a Greta chaser who can deal with exhaustion perks fine.
If anything doctor and clown were the ones who actually needed them

Bubba can't go across the map in 10 seconds like Billy. They both offer something different in retrospect of their power.

Yeah that’s true but chase potential is generally the most important thing to have. This is why killers like legion and pig are so bad.
Billy has okay chase potential but bubba clearly outmatches him in this regard. Not to mention bubba’s better add ons
I will say though a god tier billy might do better but the amount of skill to get to that point is insane compared to bubba’s relatively low skill ceiling

Billy is a man of many talents. He can apply quick pressure to a gen from across the map very quickly, 1-shot if need be in the open, has add-ons that can speed up his chainsaw or go through pallets to cause health states of damage while doing so and even effectively use Tinkerer to do a quick chainsaw dash so they don't even know when to run. He's much better than most give him credit for. He has multiple utilities but he isn't super easy. You have to be patient while revving. If someone can make you rev for 15 seconds, they deserve to get away.

Why would they 'buff' the hatchets from a distance? A huntress shouldn't be rewarded for launching her hatchets unless she is actively trying.

The devs are not biased for or against certain killers. That makes absolutely no sense.
Billy had one of the highest kill rates in the game during his prime. He needed a nerf, and as you rightly point out his add-ons were the biggest problem. He got a nerf in which almost all of the changes were to his add-ons. His overheat should seldom be a factor unless you're running engravings without gloves.
This sounds more like you were personally more bothered by Huntress's hitboxes than Hillbilly's old charge add-ons tbqh.

Freddy needed what he got and then some tbh. Billy's power is still very similar to what it always was. His main issue imo is that most of his add-ons are pretty useless now. I do like when add-ons are weak and base kits are strong, but some of his add-ons are so niche that you may as well not be running them. That's not great.

Nurse is much easier than she use to be. Once they gave her a normal lunge, her skill gap went out the window.

Are you new? Do you not remember how messed up her play was when they decided to "fix" her hatchet hitboxes?
You literally couldn't hit people. Axes would go under peoples arms, through their legs while vaulting, you'd miss and go over their shoulders, or you'd just straight up throw an axe through a persons body and it wouldn't register their animation on your screen so it looks like they're randomly dematerializing just to dodge your axes....
It was complete ass....

That was before slinger and trickster’s release so at this point they have no excuse to have her hitboxes the way they are when they have made 2 ranged killers with great and accurate hitboxes

Given that unlike the other two the huntress' projectile is spinning it'll have to have a larger then seen hitbox to cover every where it could be in the animation.
While not a large sphere it would still be a large coin in order for it to be remotely usable.

Exhaustion for five seconds is almost nothing, it’s one of her weaker add ons.

Five seconds while not running is very effective but that’s not really the point anyway. It’s more so why she got to keep it while clown doctor and demo all lost theirs. Why not make their ones 5 seconds too?

Demo and Doctor have very strong add ons, not sure why they’re being used as an example of bias? They both got big reworks that made them stronger.

Yes but they both their exhaustion add ons specifically removes since common consensus was that they were outdated due to how exhaustion works now (That’s why demo’s exhaustion was 5 seconds as opposed to the other ones)
But instead demo got his bad one removed while clown and doctor’s good ones were also removed. But huntress got to keep hers while also keeping all of her best add ons barring iri head
