    I personally feel devour hope takes the number 1 spot. It doesn’t always work but when it does I think it has more of an impact than even pre nerf ruin undying

    In all seriousness, Pop is great because it serves as a direct counter to gen speeds and there is no killer that can't use it to great effect.

    Best killer perks are strong perks without (or verly low) counterplay from survivors: tinkerer and whispers imo.

    in terms of strength and viability, PGTW takes that spot for me.

    its a great Perk on any existing Killer, it has a very strong effect to it and it can singlehandedly make the difference between winning or losing.


    now in terms of utility the winner has to be BBQ though. doubling the amount of BP earned each match is huge and helps making the grind a lot more bearable.

    but ingame its not that great. the aura reveal is nice, but unless you got a Killer with high map pressure you wont be getting that much out of it.

    Lethal Pursuer. It's the perk that lets Corrupt actually do something and also is just brilliant slowdown all on its own.
