Can't finish tutorial

I've tried to play new tutorials and first and one that's available is for survivor. When i finish the last task i get this error:
Tried to finish it 3 times, restarted the game, checked my files but nothing helped.

I reinstalled the game, still no changes

Problem was fixed after i installed vpn and used it to change the server. I used to do the same when rank update error was a thing. But after i turn it off, i can't complete any tutorials.
