Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

With the new re update they made you be able to play with bots but i can even do the survivor tutorial. Every time i press the survivor tutorial it does nothing it doesn't even make a sound. i just want my 200k bloodpoints and bots.
