Warning /Notification in character select?

There was something interessting in my Killer menu right after the update.

The wraith's Portrait was red highlighted and had an exclamation point.

However, there was nothing when I selected him and the highlight was gone.

Of course I did not take a screenshot of it but maybe someone else saw this, had something like that too or knows what this was.
