BHVR Put your pride aside and optimize the game !!
What happens with what has been agreed for a long time, the optimization on consoles is terrible today and even more I receive lag and maximum fps drops on PC when I receive a hit or make a hit, perhaps a large number of players have the same same with this update, please want to optimize the game for a better quality for all? I think it costs nothing instead of releasing new cosmetics instead of fixing your game with a demon.

You've got to love how much the Devs hate everyone who isn't running one of the best setups money can buy. I have a nice little upper-midrange PC and this game is so ######### bad that I now freeze for everything. Everything. Just using the menu doesn't lag the game, it freezes it for anywhere between 5 and 20 seconds and it has done for months.
For reference, Cyberpunk 2077 was a completely smooth and enjoyable gaming experience for me. That's how ######### bad the DbD Devs are.

Optimization is a lie.
It's not coming.
They said years ago they were planning on fixing it. They've done nothing. The devs lied to us.
In a few days they'll send the mods in to shut down all these threads and ban people who talk about it.
But remember, buy those $kins!

This game needs some outsourcing and fast. BHVR is doing a real awful job at keeping their game even slightly playable.

I don't think it has anything to do with pride
I think they may have meant it two years ago that they wanted to do it but either took too long (and at this point is now content to just run out the clock instead of sinking money into "last gen" consoles and hardware) or they meant it two years ago but it turned out to be WAY more difficult than they expected with how F'ed up their code is.
Or maybe it was a lie the entire time :D

No sorry, making the game actually run well isn't making skins or making us money. Maybe next year sucker.

Oh, they absolutely worked on it.
During a lunch break one slow afternoon by messing around with resolution settings before deciding that they couldn't sell cosmetics for a 360p game.
