    They do it themselves ... so probably yes - normaly its a greyzone but .. you know

    not much they can do about it. Can't force people to only play on certain monitors

    They don't want you yo do it, but at the same time they are unable to do anything about it even if you do it

    For exemple, Fogs can play with stretched on stream, but aren't allowed to tell how to do it.
